Meeting Minutes
• Lars resignation was accepted, and Ashley Cobb was elected to replace him as Secretary.
• Accepted Gary’s resignation from the committee, Glenn Chivers was elected to replace him as Vice President.
• Weight limit for Modified Electric cars change to 1380g including transponder from 1/1/12.
• John Hansen will be having a meeting after racing on Saturday with 21.5 drivers about motors at the upcoming Electric Titles.
• There was a discussion about Public Liability Insurance, We will be sending a letter to the clubs about non-members racing, non-members are not covered by ORRCA Q Public Liability Insurance.
It is at the utmost importance that clubs keep an accurate members list, and non-members, fill out a temporary members form, normally an extra fee can be charged for this but it’s up to the club.
• 4WD Short Course Trucks will be included for 2012, with a minimum of 8 entries to be classified as a Championship class.
